Position: Sr. Telecom Procurement/Billing Analyst (TEM) *HIRING ASAP*
Description Seeking a Sr. Procurement Analyst to work in Enterprise IT Operations team supporting on-going Data Center and Telecom Projects.

TRANSMISSION ENGINEERINGSupports Next Generation Network project (NEMO) - to elevate network redundancy/diversity.
Submits new/add/disconnect orders in the telecom supplier portals for circuits and dial lines. Schedules onsite tech support for circuit extension, testing, and turn-ups for new offices, office moves, expansions and closures.
Handles contracts, master agreements, and amendments for all telecom suppliersDATA CENTER & DISTRIBUTION CENTER SUPPORT:
Supports Switch Colo expansion project for all locations.
Handles procurement of hardware, software, maintenance, and services related to telecom network. MAINTENANCEResponsible for the Telecom POD - HW and SW maintenance budget lines for new purchases and renewals.NETWORK ENGINEERING:
Responsible for provisioning network hardware, software, and services in support of a next generation network.
Schedules onsite support for field offices, corporate sites, and DCs for equipment upgrades, site surveys, and site audits, etc.
2025 - Worked successfully with 45 Ariba , Oracle only, and telecom suppliers.
2025 - Handled a total of 317 telecom requests. These included requests for hardware, software, maintenance, services, contracts, and network connectivity.
2025 - Handled both P2P Ariba requests. Created 148 Ariba Purchase

2025 - submitted 36 Procurement Contract Requests for new SOWs, Change Orders, Vendor Site Access, High Dollar Expenditures, Carrier Contracts, and New Supplier Adds. Worked with business areas and Procurement to communicate important updates such as supplier company name and contact changes.
Manages invoice process/review for multiple telecom suppliers. (ex:
Red Thread (monthly DC cabling, Redeploy, and NEMO Redeploy expenses;
Switch (all locations); Transitioned Ariba and Non-PO process to Ariba (coding and cost centers) and Digital Invoicing Process.

Experience Level Expert Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bridgewater, NJ.Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
