• Lead the thermal design and analysis of complex systems, including batteries, power electronics, and enclosures.
• Develop and validate thermal models using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) software (e.g., ANSYS Fluent, STAR-CCM+).
• Design and optimize heat sinks, heat pipes, fans, and other cooling components.
• Conduct experimental testing and data acquisition to validate simulation results and product performance.
• Specify thermal requirements and interfaces for components and sub-systems.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and systems engineers to ensure integrated thermal solutions.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, design documentation, and presentations.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in thermal management technologies and methodologies.
• Mentor junior engineers in the principles and practices of thermal engineering.

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field with a specialization in heat transfer.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in thermal design and analysis.
• Extensive experience with CFD software and thermal analysis tools.
• Proven ability to design and validate complex thermal management systems.
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer phenomena.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
