• Conduct comprehensive analyses of renewable energy systems, including solar, wind, and storage technologies, to optimize performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and implement advanced modeling and simulation tools to forecast energy generation, demand, and grid integration impacts.
• Evaluate the technical and financial feasibility of new renewable energy projects, providing detailed reports and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, and business development, to ensure project success.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting the renewable energy landscape.
• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior management and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and enhance existing energy system models and databases.

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, with a strong focus on systems analysis and modeling.
• Proficiency in energy modeling software (e.g., HOMER, PVSyst, SAM) and data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, MATLAB).
• Deep understanding of renewable energy technologies, grid integration challenges, and energy market dynamics.
• Proven ability to manage complex analytical projects independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated experience working effectively in a remote or distributed team environment.
