You will play a crucial role in defining technical roadmaps, evaluating new technologies, and ensuring the seamless integration of various telecom systems. • Architect end-to-end telecommunications solutions, encompassing voice, data, and mobile technologies.
• Develop detailed technical designs and specifications for network infrastructure, platforms, and services.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and vendor solutions to enhance our service offerings.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and sales teams to define solution requirements and translate them into actionable designs.
• Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical leadership on complex projects.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, secure, and cost-effective.
• Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation.
• Mentor and guide technical teams on architectural best practices.

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in telecommunications architecture and design.
• Deep knowledge of telecom technologies such as LTE, 5G, SDN/NFV, VoIP, and optical networking.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their application in telecom solutions.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex, large-scale telecom systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with solution selling methodologies and client-facing roles is a plus.
