About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Robotic Picking Calibration Specialist to optimize robotic picking accuracy and system performance in automated warehouse environments. This role focuses on remote calibration analysis, system diagnostics, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of robotic picking operations.
Key Responsibilities- Review robotic picking accuracy and calibration performance data.
- Analyze sensor, vision system, and robotic positioning discrepancies.
- Recommend calibration adjustments to improve picking precision and reliability.
- Monitor robotic system performance and investigate recurring operational errors.
- Review technical logs, diagnostic reports, and system configuration records.
- Collaborate remotely with robotics engineers, automation teams, and system vendors.
- Develop calibration procedures and technical documentation.
- Recommend improvements to robotic picking efficiency, safety, and system reliability.
- Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in robotics, automation, calibration, or industrial systems.
- Strong knowledge of robotic positioning, sensors, machine vision, and calibration principles.
- Experience analyzing system performance data and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Familiarity with warehouse automation systems and robotics software platforms.
- Excellent analytical, technical documentation, and communication skills.
