• Design, program, and commission PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems for various automated manufacturing equipment.
• Develop and implement SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) solutions for process monitoring and control.
• Integrate various control components, sensors, actuators, and robotic systems into cohesive automated solutions.
• Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of control systems, often remotely.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external vendors to define automation requirements and solutions.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, including system architecture, programming code, network diagrams, and operational manuals.
• Ensure automation systems comply with all relevant safety standards and industry regulations.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in automation technology and propose innovative solutions.
• Provide remote technical support and training to operations and maintenance personnel.
• Participate in the full lifecycle of automation projects, from initial concept to final deployment and support.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in industrial automation and control systems engineering.
• Proficiency with major PLC programming platforms (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000, Mitsubishi GX Works).
• Experience in designing and configuring SCADA and HMI systems (e.g., WinCC, Ignition, Factory Talk View).
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus).
• Experience with robotics integration and motion control is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, particularly in diagnosing complex control system issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles for industrial control systems.
