Remote Chief Production Engineer

• PhD or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Chemical, or Materials Science).
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in production engineering and manufacturing leadership roles, with a significant portion in senior management.
• Extensive experience in developing and implementing advanced manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Proven track record in managing global engineering teams and complex, large-scale projects.
• Deep understanding of process optimization, automation, and quality management systems.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing substantial budgets.
