Senior Structural Engineer - Remote

• Conduct detailed structural analysis and design for a wide range of construction projects, including commercial, residential, and industrial buildings.
• Develop and review structural drawings, specifications, and calculations using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SAP
  2000, ETABS).
• Perform site visits remotely via virtual reality or delegate tasks to on-site personnel, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated and efficient project delivery.
• Prepare technical reports, feasibility studies, and project documentation for client and stakeholder review.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and design teams.
• Stay abreast of the latest building codes, regulations, and technological advancements in structural engineering.
• Participate in design review meetings and offer expert advice on structural solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng.) registration with ECSA or equivalent international accreditation.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in structural engineering design and project management.
• Proven expertise in structural analysis software and CAD/BIM platforms.
• Strong understanding of material properties (steel, concrete, timber, masonry) and their application in construction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Proficiency in project management principles and tools.
