• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in avionics systems engineering.
• Strong understanding of avionic subsystems, including flight control, navigation, communication, and display systems.
• Proficiency in systems engineering principles and tools (e.g., requirements management, model-based systems engineering).
• Experience with simulation, analysis, and testing of avionics systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly in a remote setting.
