• Analyze existing systems to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, reliability, and performance.
• Develop process improvements and system upgrades to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure system designs comply with safety, environmental, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers, on system integration projects.
• Develop system specifications, documentation, and P&IDs.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed system enhancements.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of new industrial systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance and operation.
• Stay current with emerging technologies in industrial automation and systems engineering.
• Monitor system performance and recommend adjustments for continuous optimization.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial systems design, automation, or integration.
• Proven experience with designing and implementing automated systems, including PLCs, SCADA, and robotics.
• Strong understanding of system integration principles and data flow within industrial environments.
• Proficiency in simulation and modeling tools is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a hybrid setting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
