• Manage the full lifecycle of civil engineering projects, from planning and design to execution and handover.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to scope, quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with remote site teams, contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate project reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage contract administration and procurement processes.
• Facilitate virtual project meetings and ensure clear communication channels.
• Champion best practices in project management and civil engineering.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional registration with ECSA is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering project management.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale infrastructure projects (e.g., "MS Project", "Primavera P6").
• Excellent understanding of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile).
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., "MS Project", "Primavera P6").
• Exceptional remote communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and regulations in South Africa.
