Senior Wireless Network Engineer

• Design and architect robust, scalable, and secure enterprise wireless networks.
• Develop deployment plans, including site surveys, RF planning, and equipment configuration.
• Implement and manage wireless LAN controllers, access points, and related infrastructure.
• Optimize wireless network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure high availability.
• Develop and enforce wireless network security policies and best practices.
• Perform network monitoring, analysis, and reporting using specialized tools.
• Evaluate and integrate new wireless technologies and solutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of wireless networks with wired infrastructure.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior wireless engineers.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in designing, deploying, and managing enterprise wireless networks.
• Expert knowledge of Wi-Fi standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax), including RF principles and spectrum analysis.
• Experience with enterprise Wi-Fi solutions from vendors like Cisco, Aruba, or Ruckus.
• Familiarity with cellular technologies (4G LTE, 5G ) and their integration with enterprise networks.
• Proficiency in wireless security protocols (WPA2/3 Enterprise, RADIUS, EAP).
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Wireshark, Ekahau).
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
