• Develop and implement process improvements, workflow optimizations, and efficiency enhancement strategies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, project management, and engineering, to ensure effective implementation of improvements.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practice guidelines.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, efficiency, and resource utilization, reporting on progress and challenges.
• Conduct time and motion studies to identify opportunities for optimizing manual tasks and assembly processes.
• Research and recommend new technologies or methodologies that can enhance operational efficiency.
• Facilitate training sessions for staff on new processes and improvement initiatives.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial engineering, focusing on productivity and efficiency improvements.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Minitab).
• Excellent understanding of manufacturing operations and project management workflows.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is a significant advantage.
