This is a remote position.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to assist our client with expediting services in New York City. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in expediting in New York City or experience in handling architecture or engineering plans within the city.

• Assist with expediting services for various projects in New York City
• Manage and organize paperwork related to expediting processes
• Liaise with city officials and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all requirements
• Provide support in obtaining necessary permits and approvals for construction projects
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to facilitate the expediting process

Requirements:

• Prior experience in expediting in New York City or experience in handling architecture or engineering plans within the city
• Strong understanding of the expediting process and regulations in New York City
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with city officials and regulatory agencies
• Knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations in New York City
• Familiarity with permit application procedures and documentation requirements
