Loenbro, LLC is seeking an SIP Estimator to join the Pre-construction team in a remote role. You will lead the SIP estimating process for complex industrial projects, focusing on scaffolding, insulation, and painting/coatings with project scopes up to $25M or more depending on the bid.
Responsibilities include quantity take-offs, input into estimating software, and risk-based cost analysis. Travel and site involvement may occur as needed, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and proactive bid
