Aster Group in Hampshire is seeking an experienced Asset Surveyor on a 12 month fixed-term contract to maintain the quality, safety and sustainability of our housing portfolio. You will carry out stock condition surveys, energy assessments and retrofit assessments to inform investment plans and energy efficiency programmes.
You should have an HNC in Construction or a related Built Environment field and hold at least two of the listed accreditations (DEA, Retrofit Assessor) or experience with
