Element Technologies is seeking a Tier 1 Service Desk Engineer to support clients remotely. You’ll resolve end-user issues, assist with new user setups, and keep accurate documentation.
You’ll manage tickets using Connect Wise PSA and document in IT Glue while collaborating with a nationwide team to keep systems performing at peak. A two-year technical degree and 1–5 years of service desk experience are preferred; MSP exposure and A+ or Network+ certifications are a plus.
