You will drive continuous improvement, coach teams virtually, and apply Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping to boost performance across multiple business units.
You will lead remote Kaizen events, develop VSMs, deploy lean tools (5S, Kanban, SMED, Poka-Yoke), analyze data, and create dashboards to track KPIs.
