You will translate policy into site-level programs, lead RCFA investigations, and guide regional teams in PM optimization, condition monitoring, tribology, and KPI reporting.
You will coach engineers, collaborate with ERA/AI teams, and travel to domestic and international sites to ensure consistency and execution of reliability improvements.
