Recruitment Consultant - Water and Environmental Services

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles within the Water and Environmental Services sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in water management, environmental consulting, and related fields.
• Source and attract specialised talent, including water resource engineers, environmental scientists, compliance officers, and field technicians.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure technical expertise and commitment to environmental stewardship.
• Provide market insights and consultative advice to clients on talent availability and industry trends.
• Understand client needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate a smooth onboarding process for successful candidates.

• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with a preference for experience in technical, scientific, or engineering sectors.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in water management, environmental science, or sustainability is highly desirable.

• Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
