• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering with a strong structural focus.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international professional registration.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in structural engineering design, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior supervisory role.
• Extensive experience with major structural software packages (e.g., SAP
  2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, Revit).
• In-depth knowledge of international design codes (e.g., ACI, AISC, Eurocodes) and best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex, large-scale structural projects remotely.
