• Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes and systems.

• Oversee and mentor junior engineers and cross-functional teams on process improvement methodologies.
• Utilize advanced simulation, modeling, and data analysis tools to predict process performance and validate solutions.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs, control plans, and best practices.

• Stay abreast of emerging manufacturing technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions.
• Ensure adherence to all safety, environmental, and quality standards in process design and implementation.

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with a strong emphasis on manufacturing process optimization.
• Proven leadership experience in managing complex engineering projects and driving change.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt certification preferred), and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and simulation software (e.g., Python, R, Arena, AutoCAD).
• Exceptional remote communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead virtual teams.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and strategic planning abilities.
