• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets in coordination with global project managers and stakeholders.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to remote engineering teams worldwide.
• Ensure quality control and assurance throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to completion.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among diverse, geographically dispersed teams via digital channels.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports, documentation, and presentations for international clients and partners.

• BEng/BSc in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• A Master's degree is an advantage.
• Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration or equivalent international accreditation.
• A minimum of 9 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with a strong track record in managing complex infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in multiple civil engineering disciplines (e.g., structural, transportation, water resources).
• Proficiency with a wide range of engineering design and analysis software.
• Exceptional ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with experience in cross-cultural collaboration.
