Remote Industrial Engineer

• Analyze manufacturing processes, workflows, and production data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design and implement efficient factory layouts, material flow systems, and workspace designs.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to reduce waste, improve quality, and increase productivity.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and performance metrics.
• Conduct time and motion studies to optimize work methods and task efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and management, to implement process changes.
• Utilized simulation software to model and evaluate proposed process improvements.
• Research and recommend new technologies and best practices to enhance operational performance.
• Prepare reports and presentations on findings, recommendations, and project progress.
• Ensure all engineered solutions comply with safety, environmental, and ergonomic standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial engineering within a manufacturing setting.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in process mapping, simulation software( e.g., Arena, Any Logic), and CAD software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective virtual collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of supply chain and operations management principles.
• Ability to effectively interact with and influence team members remotely.
