• Design, develop, and implement scalable and resilient telecommunications network solutions, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
• Oversee the deployment and configuration of network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and transmission equipment.
• Conduct comprehensive network performance analysis, identifying bottlenecks and implementing optimizations to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Develop and maintain detailed network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and prompt resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and services into the existing network infrastructure.
• Stay abreast of emerging network technologies and trends, evaluating their potential application and recommending strategic upgrades.
• Ensure network security protocols are implemented and maintained effectively to protect sensitive data and systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in telecommunications network engineering, with a proven track record in designing and managing complex networks.
• In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF), switching technologies, and MPLS.
• Experience with network security principles, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Proficiency in network monitoring tools and performance analysis techniques.
• Strong understanding of wireless communication technologies (e.g., 4G, 5G) and fiber optic networks.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated experience working in a fully remote environment, with strong self-discipline and time management skills.
