• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in power systems engineering, architecture, and design.
• Deep expertise in grid modernization, smart grids, microgrids, and renewable energy integration.
• Proven experience in designing and architecting large-scale, complex, mission-critical power systems.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards (e.g., IEEE, IEC) and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional technical teams.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, essential for remote collaboration.
