We are looking for a Technical Trainer & Development Specialist to take a leading role in advancing competence development across our Industrial business unit in the UK and Ireland. This is an exceptional opportunity for a commercially minded and highly capable professional to shape capability building, elevate technical expertise and contribute to the continued success of our Business Partners.

You are a technically minded professional who enjoys sharing knowledge, developing people, and making a real impact. Engineering or Electrical diploma/degree qualifications, or equivalent Industrial experienceIMI Level 3 or 4 HD Electric Vehicle qualification, or equivalent (preferred) Experience working within an industrial environment Strong knowledge of modern engines and control systems and fault-finding techniques

Experience with electrical systems, CAN systems, fuel systems, EATS, diagnostics, EV/BESS, and ICE technologies Experience developing training solutions, identifying competence gaps, and creating effective development plans and materials You are confident communicating technical information to a broad range of audiences, adapting your approach to deliver clear, engaging and effective learning experiences. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and digital learning systems### What will you do?

You will own end-to-end responsibility for competence development within our Industrial business unit in the UK & Ireland.
