Join the team behind iconic brands like Huggies®, Kleenex®, Cottonelle®, Scott®, Kotex®, Poise®, Depend®, and Kimberly-Clark Professional®. At Kimberly-Clark, it's all here for you-innovation, growth, and the chance to make a real impact.

You were made to create Better Care for a Better World: exploring uncharted questions, engineering innovative solutions, advancing scientific understanding, and constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible. You want to work in an environment that promotes sustainability, inclusion, wellbeing, and career development.

In this role, you'll help us shape the future and improve lives for billions of people around the world. It starts with YOU.

Job responsibilities include:
  • Providing day-to-day process engineering support for nonwovens, spunbond, and carding manufacturing technologies.
  • Troubleshooting process and equipment issues to improve safety, quality, reliability, and manufacturing performance.
  • Analyzing process data and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, capacity, and process optimization.
  • Leading safety and risk-reduction initiatives for high-speed manufacturing and converting equipment.
  • Partnering cross-functionally with Plant Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, equipment suppliers, and external service providers.
  • Translating product, brand, and consumer needs into manufacturing process and product improvements.
  • Leading and supporting innovation and improvement projects that advance products, processes, and long-term manufacturing capabilities.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or a relevant scientific discipline, along with prior experience in a manufacturing or research environment through internship or full-time employment.
  • A strong understanding of polymer, textile, or non-wovens technologies is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience improving the safe operation and risk reduction of high-speed manufacturing or converting equipment, with the ability to translate that experience into process, product, and capacity improvements.
  • The ideal candidate can work independently or lead small, diverse teams, communicate technical issues effectively in a business environment, build trust-based relationships with plant partners, analyze process data to identify improvement opportunities, and demonstrate flexibility in work scheduling.
  • Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is also preferred.

Led by Purpose. Driven by You.
