The Pro Active Technology Group is seeking a NOC Engineer to own backups, RMM alerts, and patch remediation for our managed clients. This remote, part-time role focuses on keeping backups healthy, fixing alerts at the source, and closing patch and vulnerability gaps.
You will work ET hours, handle a remediation backlog, perform Sure Backup tests, and generate audit-ready reports while maintaining clear runbooks and credentials discipline for CMMC access.
