• Lead the structural design and analysis for a variety of infrastructure and building projects.
• Develop detailed engineering plans, specifications, and calculations.
• Conduct site visits and provide technical supervision during construction phases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, geotechnical engineers, and project managers.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant South African National Standards (SANS) and international codes.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.

• Identify and mitigate potential design risks.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration with ECSA.
• A minimum of 8 years of post-graduate experience in structural engineering, with a strong portfolio in infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP
  2000, Etabs, or similar.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant building codes and standards (SANS, Eurocode, etc.).
• Proven experience in managing projects and leading engineering teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
