Salary Range: $90,000 – $109,000 annually

-An experienced Commissioning Authority looking for a new challenge in your career. Verdical Group’s Commissioning Manager helps lead Commissioning (Cx) projects.

-Capable of managing all aspects of Cx projects (LEED, CALGreen, Retro Cx)

-Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for frequent site visits.

-Ability to climb ladders, navigate scaffolding, work at heights, and lift up to 30 lbs.

-Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on active construction sites.

-The desire and ability to quickly learn and support a wide variety of green building commissioning services

-Minimum 3 years of building commissioning, MEP system design, or MEP construction management experience

-Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems and capability to independently run all aspects of a project, from kickoff to completion

-Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite, document control, and ability to create polished deliverable reports

-Strong data/information management skills, including ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data, organize and correlate findings, and translate that information into client deliverables

-Good organizational skills, fastidious attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively while managing multiple deadlines
