• Conduct in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis for any system anomalies or failures, remotely diagnosing and resolving technical problems.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers and field engineers, to define system requirements and implement enhancements.
• Ensure the security of remote control systems through regular audits, updates, and adherence to cybersecurity best practices.
• Provide remote technical support and guidance to end-users and field teams as needed.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in remote control technology, automation, and IoT, proposing innovative solutions.
• Manage system upgrades and patches remotely, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

• Proven experience in designing, installing, and maintaining remote control systems, SCADA, or similar industrial automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols, communication technologies (e.g., wireless, cellular, satellite), and cybersecurity principles.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in automation and control systems (e.g., Python, C++).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues remotely.
• Strong documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise technical guides.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms and IoT devices is a plus.
• Relevant degree or certification in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
