Gamesight builds technology to help kickass games find commercial success. We do this by empowering game publishers with data so they can better understand their community, players, and game performance. We specialize in Measurement & Attribution, Influencer Activations, Creator Programs, and Creator-Led Playtests, all tailored to meet the unique needs of each game at every stage of its lifecycle.

Salary Range: $200,000 - $260,000 OTE

Gamesight is on a roll and our ambitions to grow further require an experienced seller in California to expand our AAA game publisher customer base. Our marketing attribution technology for PC/Console games is unquestionably the leader in its market, and our influencer services and creator programs are world-class. Our top customers include some of the world’s premier publishers, like Bungie, 2K, Capcom, Scopely, WB Games, Ubisoft, and Sega.

We need your help to expand this list and take Gamesight to the next level. To be successful, you will generate new leads based on your established relationships with AAA publishers and upcoming game release schedules to evangelize the product to those who aren’t yet familiar with Gamesight. You’ll play games, join communities, go to industry events, work closely with our tech and ops teams, and talk with customers about how we can help make their games marketing more successful.

What you'll do:
  • Develop and execute strategies for generating new leads and business opportunities to close enterprise-level deals, leveraging your existing experience and network.
  • Own every piece of your sales pipeline, including prospecting, outreach, qualifying leads, product presentations/demos, pricing negotiations, and closing.
  • Coordinate the development of top-class creative pitch presentations backed up by deep data analysis.
  • Maintain an up-to-date customer pipeline through our CRM.
  • Report regularly to the CRO on the status of your accounts.
  • Be the advocate for your customers inside Gamesight to ensure their satisfaction and retention. Liaison between customers and all departments at Gamesight in order to facilitate and expedite any activities/logistics associated with active campaigns.
  • Attend industry trade shows and conferences sharing the capabilities of Gamesight.
Who you'll work with:
  • You’ll report directly to the CRO, who will help remove obstacles in your way.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to understand Gamesight-specific strategies and methodologies that have been successful to date.
  • You’ll partner up with our Solutions Engineers to help you better understand, tailor, and sell our marketing attribution software.
  • You’ll work closely with Influencer Campaign Managers and Data Analysts to help craft your influencer campaign proposals.
  • You’ll have access to supporting team members and resources across departments to help you progress and close deals – even when you’re out of the office.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years selling directly to game developers/publishers. 📅
  • 5+ years selling one or more of the following: influencer services, ad tech, media, video advertising, or branded content. 🎥
  • Experience working with/on Twitch, You Tube, Tik Tok, or influencer agencies. 💻
  • Deep understanding of Twitch/Twitter/You Tube Gaming space, its trends, and its influencers. 🧠
  • Excellent interpersonal, emailing, writing, and speaking skills. 📝
  • Ready to compete in a dynamic and fast-paced industry. 🚤
  • Advanced skills with basic computer software (Slack, Google Workspace, CRM). 🖥
  • Deep understanding of paid media / user acquisition for pc/console or mobile games is a huge plus ➕
  • You are eager to learn. As a pioneer in a new space, there are still uncharted territories to be explored. You have a hunger for learning and an interest in being the best at what you do. 📚
