Event Sales Representative

Our Event Sales Representatives are more than just good salespeople—they’re talented experience-makers. They engage with calls and emails to secure bookings, manage pipelines, and support team success by handling virtual office responsibilities.

You will collaborate with our Operations Team to ensure flawless execution of our guests' events. You’ll make the booking, planning, and partying process easy (and fun) so your clients keep coming back.

• Respond to all event inquiries and convert them into booked events.
• Learn the features and benefits of our properties and event options, and relay them effectively to clients across multiple venues.
• Understand the needs of various events—from corporate functions to birthday parties and social gatherings.

• Meet or exceed your sales KPIs.

• Organize and manage a large client database and multiple venues effectively.

• Assist clients in planning their events and coordinate details until the day of the event.
• Maintain relationships during and after events to encourage repeat business.

• Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during busy seasons.

• Participate in virtual meetings and coaching sessions to foster team camaraderie from home.

• Knowledge of sales, hospitality, and event planning
• Proficient in Outlook, Teams, and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Feedback-driven and adaptable
• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
• Reliable high-speed internet (30-50 Mbps download, 10-20 Mbps upload)
• Willingness to travel quarterly for company-paid trips

The pay rate for this position is $26.44/hour plus 2% commission.
