• Lead strategic planning and execution of financial aid professional events, including webinars and conferences
• Manage logistics for events, including vendor selection, budget oversight, and registration
• Collaborate with marketing to define event goals and enhance attendee experience
• Analyze event engagement and customer satisfaction metrics to improve future events
• Oversee technology platforms to ensure seamless event execution and attendee engagement

• 5-7 years of experience in event planning, data management, or membership association management
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency in event technology platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on presentations and training resources
• Ability to travel 3-6 times a year for events and meetings

• Experience managing team workflows and projects using tools like  or MS Project
• Familiarity with the complexities of large-scale conferences and educational environments
• A passion for educational access and mission-driven work
• Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to inform decision-making
• Comfort with emerging technologies and AI-driven solutions
