UI/UX Designer (Remote) vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
Our partner's focus is on real-time multiplayer games. We are developing lengthy life-process games with Gamer vs Gamer auto mechanics.
Introduction We are a quickly expanding mobile/PC gaming studio focused on the mid-core multiplayer FTP room. We have two successful titles on the market, published by top-grossing publishers, and are expanding the team to support a new mobile shooter game currently in production. As we grow, we are looking for an ambitious and seasoned UI/UX Artist to help us create attractive and user-friendly experiences for our players.
The position can be remote, or you can join our brand-new state-of-the-art workplace on YAS Island, near Dubai, UAE.
What you will do:
- Define the overall vision and layout of the video game’s interface
- Create wireframes and UI assets
- Collaborate with a team of designers to ensure the final product reflects the design vision and provides an intuitive user experience
- Create art assets from concepts, sketches, wireframes, and polish to a final item
- Work with the design team to lead efforts to create wireframes, mockups, and icons
- Ensure a high standard of UI design and user experience across the product
What you require to have:
- Worked on the UI of at least 2 delivered mobile game titles (please include references)
- Significant experience in a UI/UX design role within the games industry
- Ability to communicate your vision to developers, artists, producers, and other stakeholders
- Ability to produce art assets in 2D and 3D
- Solid proficiency with UI development software, ideally Unity UI, Photoshop, and related tools
- Strong interest in User Interface Design and User Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
