Fliff unpacks sports gaming into social, free-to-play games for all types of sports fans. We have built a social sports gaming experience that lets users compete for leader board positioning, earn badges, and build status within the game. We are pioneering play-for-fun sports gaming with a flagship social sports book experience that includes sweepstakes promotions and loyalty rewards, providing sports fans with fun, engaging, and free-to-play alternatives to real-money gaming.

Fliff is redefining the sports gaming experience by blending social play with the thrill of competition, evolving from a social sports book into a multi-vertical platform spanning social, sweepstakes, and real-money formats to give every fan a way to play, compete, and connect.

The Role: We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our U.S.

-based Fantasy & New Markets team. In this role, you will help shape, launch, and refine world-class products across the real-money gaming landscape. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, a deep understanding of the U.S. sports ecosystem, strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across diverse functions.

• Own the product lifecycle – from concept to launch – within a fast-paced, multi-stream, multi-vertical environment
• Turn insights into impact by translating market trends, customer feedback, quantitative usage data, and business priorities into actionable roadmaps, new features, and product capabilities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, finance, legal, and other stakeholders to define success metrics and deliver measurable, meaningful outcomes

• Strong bias towards action with a track record for driving initiatives to completion
• Ownership mindset with the ability to operate autonomously while thriving in a collaborative, team-driven culture
• 3-5 years of product management experience, with work in the sports and gaming industries highly preferred

• The annual salary for this role ranges from $90,000-$125,000, depending on experience and background.
