** As an HR Benefits Analyst I, you’ll work on a highly collaborative HR team providing administration and customer service support for our internal employee benefit programs, working with vendors and systems to ensure a seamless and supportive experience throughout.

* Key Responsibilities:

* ** Customer service**:
Provide responsive and caring support for calls that cannot be answered by our call center or HR Direct team for all internal inquiries on Standard’s benefits plans and programs
* ** Benefits administration and auditing:
** Process and audit employee transactions and data requests related to various benefits plans and programs
* ** Projects:
** Be a key member of project teams for annual open enrollment and benefit/vendor implementations
* ** Employee education**:
Conducts benefits overview for new employee orientation, open enrollment, and other ad hoc needs
** Skills and Background You’ll Need

** High School Diploma is required

* Experience:

*** 1-3 years of internal HR benefits experience is required *(This does

* * include leave and administration experience)
** 1 year of experience working with Excel with knowledge of formulas, including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables
* Experience handling claims escalations for employee benefits work
* Understanding with HRIS systems and how data flows. Workday experience is preferred.
* Vendor management experience is preferred

Salary Range:
