Required Skills & Experience- 10+ years of Technical Program or Project Management experience within software development.
- 3–5 years of direct experience in online gaming, sports betting, or gambling (iGaming).
- Proven track record delivering large‑scale, cross‑functional technology programs.
- Strong technical understanding of platform architecture, payments, compliance systems, and APIs.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and program governance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience managing globally distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Familiarity with RNG systems, player account management, and real‑money transaction platforms.
- Experience working with gaming regulators (UKGC, MGA, NJ DGE, or similar).
- Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud environments.
- Background in Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, or data analytics for gaming.
- Experience scaling real‑time event streaming systems (Kafka, Kinesis, etc.).
- 50% Cloud Infrastructure (AWS / Kubernetes / Microservices)
- 30% Data & Compliance Systems (Real‑time Player Tracking / Regulatory Reporting)
- 20% Platform Integrations (Payments / Game Content Providers)
- 40% Hands‑On Program Execution (Jira / Confluence / Sprint Planning)
