Clever side team is looking for a highly motivated and responsible User Acquisition Manager.

Managing campaigns on social networks (Meta, Google, Unity, Applovin, Mintegral, Tik Tok) and other platforms;

Designing, implementing and optimizing marketing campaigns to attract new users and increase ROAS;

Building and maintaining strong relationships with account managers and partners;

Collaborating with internal teams: marketing, motion design and HTML5 specialists;

Analyzing campaign performance and ensuring KPIs are met, focusing on quality and quantity of the user base;

Exploring and testing new tools, channels, and strategies to drive growth.

Proven experience in User Acquisition (3+ years preferred);

Strong track record of working with social/video platforms and achieving measurable results;

Expertise in crafting and executing data-driven UA strategies;

Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, reporting);

Understanding of advertising monetization in gaming;

Experience in conducting tests and working with hypotheses;

Strong analytical mindset with a passion for digging into user behavior and trends;

English B1 or higher
