As a Remote Reservation Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and managing customized itineraries. This is a part-time or full-time, remote position that requires excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Communicate with clients to understand their preferences, interests, and budget
• Research and plan unique and personalized itineraries based on client requirements
• Coordinate all aspects including flights, accommodations, activities, and transportation
• Collaborate with local partners and suppliers to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and destination information to continuously improve and enhance offerings
• Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during planning or execution
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all client interactions and details

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in using software
• Must be 18 or over and have access to wifi
• Must be authorized to work in the US, UK, or Australia
