As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a variety of industries, creating and maintaining a community within your center, handling administrative and support needs so customers can focus on running their business.

You arrive before the center opens, check everything is ready, and handle any cleaning oversights.

Throughout the day you respond to customer requests, such as changing Wi‑Fi codes, checking package status, providing directions, setting up projectors, ensuring services are correctly charged, and managing mail. You also take quick coffee breaks, collaborate with the Community Manager on networking events, write e‑invites, create posters, and entice prospects to join. At the end of the day you tidy the space and manage group wrap‑ups.

• Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships (ideally 1+ year customer service experience).
• Ownership mindset, solving problems creatively.
• Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable to fast‑changing situations.
• Experience with MS Office and general IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying in and at least 18 years old.
