• Responds to, solves, and helps to maintain Thrive Help Desk tickets
• Acts as an administrator to Thrive’s line of business applications (On-Site, , SharePoint and Yardi, among others)
• Assists with a wide array of Systems Team projects and new product roll outs
• Participates in community offboarding/onboarding activities as assigned by Systems Manager
• Identifies inconsistencies and inefficiencies in daily operations and creates solutions to triage
• Additional projects and initiatives, as assigned by the Systems Manager and Director of Systems

• 3+ years’ experience with Yardi Voyager
• 3+ years’ experience with On-Site
• Knowledge of multifamily housing market pricing
• Strong people skills with a desire to teach others
