• Customer Work Orders
• Call all scheduled customers between 8 am and 10 am
• Run all scheduled calls for the day
• Perform quality repairs: leather repair or touch‑up, fabric repair or sewing, replace reclining mechanisms, wood burn‑in and touch‑up, repair and reinforce furniture frames, case good assembly
• Perform bedding inspections
• Order parts and add comments in work order from customer home
• Finalize all billing notes from customer home (work performed – parts used – labor amount)
• Complete additional tasks assigned within the agreed time frame

• A self‑starter with strong multitasking skills
• Can work independently or within a team environment
• Maintains the company’s financial, public and image reputation at all times

• High School Graduate or GED
• Strong customer skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
