Job Overview
At Trulieve we provide patients with safe, reliable cannabis products grown in a controlled environment. As a Dispensary Associate you guide customers through their cannabis journey, educating them on benefits, side effects, and the correct dosage.

Pay: $14.00 an hour (position is also eligible for tips)
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, guests, and coworkers.
- Deliver empathy and compassion to patients and maintain elevated patient service standards.
- Assist managers and shift supervisors with returns in accordance with company policy.
- Prepare and process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Follow Trulieve policies and procedures at all times.
- Work directly with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience.
- Assist customers with any product or device issues and document concerns on the customer’s profile.
- Document customer issues and concerns on the customer’s profile.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation throughout the shift.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clear driving record.
- Follow all Trulieve policies and procedures.
- Assist with processing all online orders, including deliveries, in a 2‑hour timeframe.
- High‑school diploma or equivalent and relevant experience.
- Minimum age 21 (or 18 in CT, PA, WV).
- Prior retail and/or customer service experience is a plus.
- Cash handling experience.
- Strong people skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
- Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast‑paced environment.
- Good interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
- Proficiency using electronic equipment and customer‑facing technology.
- Must possess the mental and physical capacities necessary for job duties.
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
- Must be able to move intermittently during the workday.
- Must be able to see and hear adequately.
- Must function independently and work effectively with diverse patient populations.
- Move/traverse throughout the facility, including confined spaces.
- Manipulate objects up to 50 lbs and use ladders/steps.
- Occasionally remain in a seated position.
- Flexible hours depending on store needs.
- Available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Work up to 40 hours per week and be available for after‑hours shifts as business needs arise.
