In sports betting and gaming, things move fast, and the impact of your work is immediate.

In this role, you’ll quickly become the go-to expert for your area, working across many different parts of the business and gaining a full view of how a gambling company operates. You’ll collaborate closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and other senior leaders, driving the direction of key initiatives while shaping how we play (and win) in the market.

• Partner with the C-suite and senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact analysis that keeps every move a winning wager.
• Dive deep into real-time data streams from sports betting, casino, and player activity to uncover trends, spot market opportunities, and keep us ahead of the curve.
• Shape the future of our KPIs, designing innovative ways to measure betting activity, player engagement, and market share, visualizing insights that instantly show where we’re hot and where we need to adjust.
• Connect the dots across the field, bringing together stats, financials, and player behavior to deliver sharp insights that turn complex challenges into game-changing strategies.
• Run scenario and sensitivity models to forecast outcomes, evaluate promotional risk, and navigate regulatory shifts with confidence.
• Conduct market research on player behavior, sports calendars, economic trends, and competitor activity, ensuring we’re always playing to win.
• Collaborate across teams, keeping analysis aligned with the fast pace of the industry and ensuring insights directly impact decisions.

• At least 2 years of experience in analytics (ideally in sports betting, gaming, or a related fast-paced sector).
• Pro-level skills in Excel and SQL (your VIP passes to the game).
• Strong understanding of financial modelling, forecasting, and player behavior analytics; igaming or sports industry expertise is a huge plus.
• Passion for sports, betting, and the dynamics of the gaming industry, or the curiosity and hunger to learn it fast.
• A confident communicator who can simplify complex betting insights into clear, actionable strategies for senior leaders.
• Adaptable, motivated, and ready to make priority calls under the pressure of live events and moving markets.
• A true team player who thrives in collaboration and isn’t afraid to go all-in for shared success.
