• Identify and reach out to emerging talent across various platforms and communities
• Conduct confident cold outreach to persuade creators to join Twitch
• Stay updated on creator trends and cultural moments that influence audience engagement
• Guide new creators through the onboarding process to ensure their success on the platform
• Collaborate with Strategic Partner Managers to support creator development and troubleshoot challenges

• Fully fluent in Japanese (spoken and written)
• Proven interest and knowledge in creator support, lead generation, influencer marketing, or community management
• Strong understanding of the creator economy and a passion for live streaming and internet culture
• Determination to identify and attract new creators to Twitch
• Passion for supporting and growing emerging creators

• Personal experience as a live streamer or content creator, with familiarity with live streaming tools and software
• Existing relationships with a wide variety of content creators across platforms
• In-depth knowledge of the latest content trends across platforms such as Twitch, You Tube, Tik Tok, and Instagram
