Evolution’s Online Casino Dealer role offering 24/7 studio operation with day, evening, and overnight shifts. Host iconic casino games like Blackjack, Poker and Roulette with unlimited virtual players and the potential for unlimited tips in a private, state-of-the-art studio.

We

Offer:

$17/hr. + (base rate and guaranteed tip rate, with unlimited customer tips)

• Enthusiastically introduce players, explain the game rules and identify winners
• Deal cards, spin the wheel, and announce winners
• Handle cards quickly and accurately
• Research appropriate topics and trivia to discuss with the audience
• Follow and supervise updates and amendments in the game
• Engage in friendly conversation without offering personal opinions (sports, music, and trivia facts)
• Be presentable and confident in front of the camera
• Always end the game conversation with a positive closing remark

• Work in a casino environment without smoking, alcohol, loud music, or health hazards
• Toast successes on treat days and holiday events
• Collaborate with approachable, diverse, global co-workers

· Age 21+

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Experience in customer-service or hospitality role is preferred

· Must be able to work a flexible schedule, evenings, weekends and holidays

· Must be able to obtain state gaming license

· Successfully complete pre-employment drug & background checks

· Wear an assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards

· Must be comfortable wearing theatrical make-up (foundation, blush)

· Read and speak English

• Prolonged sitting at counter height (36”) chairs and tables
• Repeated use of both hands and arms
• Full mobility and dexterity in upper extremities
• Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away
• Ability to communicate one way verbally to players
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. (for the shoe)
• Ability to present on camera continuously under studio lighting without protective eyewear
• Ability to work a full-time schedule
• Game Show Hosts: ability to wear 2”+ heels while standing for 1.5 hours at a time
