We’re the team that digs deep into player behavior, sports book performance, and marketing impact to uncover insights that help us stay ahead of the game and keep our players coming back for more. As a Sports Product Analyst, you’ll collaborate with teams across Marketing, Product, and Leadership to deliver data-driven strategies that shape the future of our Sports book and iGaming products across North America.
You’ll track everything from trading performance to player activity and promotions, helping us optimize performance and craft a thrilling experience for every player. At Bally’s, data isn’t just numbers on a screen, it’s the heartbeat of how we play, build, and grow.
- Analyze performance data to uncover insights that boost acquisition, retention, and overall player engagement.
- Partner with Product and Marketing to understand our sports book and drive better decisions through data.
- Turn complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations that help leadership make winning moves.
- Identify new ways to enhance our business and player experience, spotting opportunities others might miss.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver measurable growth and optimize performance across all North American markets.
- Innovate with new tools and techniques to level up how we use data.
- 2+ years of experience in an analytical role, ideally within sports betting, casino, or gaming.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with experience in SQL and Excel (bonus points for R or Big Query).
- Passion for sports and gaming - you get the thrill, the strategy, and the stakes.
- Proven ability to turn data into insights that inspire action.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
- Team player mindset- you know collaboration wins championships.
- Degree in a STEM‑related field (or equivalent experience).

Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 USD
