Trainee Veranstaltungskaufmann​/frau

Your mission

Freaks 4U Gaming is looking for motivated apprentices for the role of Veranstaltungskaufmann/-frau (all gender). If you're passionate about organizing events, want to learn how to manage them from concept to execution, and are excited about gaming and esports, this is your chance to gain real-world experience in a dynamic industry. The apprenticeship takes place at our Berlin-Spandau headquarters.

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of various events – from small community activations to large-scale esports productions

• Learn how to manage budgets, timelines, and vendors

• Assist in communication with venues, partners, and internal teams

• Help with event setup, on-site support, and follow-up after events

• Collaborate with departments like Event Production, Marketing, and Project Management

• Completed secondary school education (minimum: Realschule / intermediate level)

• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, structured work ethic

• Interest in event management, project planning, and communications

• Confident using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Good communication skills in both German and English

• Passion for gaming and esports is a plus
